If you’re experiencing a challenge with your grow with our genetics, let us know and we will see what we can do for you.  Have patience with our small dedicated team and understand that it may take 3-4 business days to get back to you, but we will do our best to answer your questions with as much expediency as possible. Also keep in mind that many beginner / fundamental growing practices can be found on youtube, in reddit threads, grow diaries logs, or via google keyword searches. 

 If you’re experiencing a challenge with germination, please review this page for best practices. We do not release lots below 80% germ thresholds under any circumstances and include 2 free seeds with every pack, so if none of your seeds are sprouting it is likely due to a user error.
