About This Strain
This cross is not for the faint of heart! Its potency is very high, which is common to dessert terp lines. Even though the numbers test out in the high 20's/low 30's the high itself is like a 9 lb hammer was dropped on your head! A very strong indica dominant high makes this somewhat difficult to grow strain a real challenge for all the growers out there up for it.
We decided to take the Sherbanger 22 breeders cut we got from NorCal gardens and cross it back to our most favorite Gelato 41 selection. This has helped reinforce the Sunset Sherbert characteristics we liked since it is a parent to the Gelato 41 line. Don't worry about how it looks in vegetative growth, as you may see some fan leaves with odd numbers of fingers etc. This plant will perform exceptionally well indoor, while outdoors its most redeeming characteristic is the potency. Look for low to medium yields yields with a tendency to stretch. Very high potency. This strain will purple up during the last 2 weeks of flower.

I was skeptical about the potency claims, but this stuff hits like a freight train. The sweet, creamy Gelato terps are incredibly loud, especially after a good cure. It definitely tests the limits of your growing skills, but the end result is worth every bit of effort.
The Sherbanger 22 and Gelato 41 combo is a masterpiece for terpene lovers. I ran these indoors and got some of the gassiest, sweetest resin I've ever washed. The potency is heavy-duty indica, perfect for a nightcap.
Don't panic when you see the weird fan leaves during the vegetative phase; mine looked pretty strange at first too. Once it hit flower, the stretch was real, but those last two weeks delivered the most gorgeous purple hues I've ever seen. Yield is moderate, but the quality is top-shelf.
